With one loss on the road to an improving West Virginia team Baylor hopes to keep their playoff hopes alive by beating Oklahoma in Norman.  According to the SAVAGE ratings, Oklahoma is Baylor’s twin in every category, and it should make for a very close game.  The 11 AM start helps neutralize some of the home field advantage and Baylor narrowly wins 31 to 30.

In an evenly matched game, Notre Dame generates a few more yards on the ground and overcomes Arizona State, 30 to 28.

TCU’s #2 SAVAGE rated pass offense at home is to much for Kansas State to keep up with.  TCU 31 Kansas Sate 27

Ohio State’s offense and defense are rated in the top 10 of the SAVAGE index.  Michigan State’s rush defense will limit OSU’s rushing attack.  OSU 28 MSU 24

In order to stay within striking distance of the playoffs, Alabama needs to win in Death Valley at night.  The game features the #2 and #3 SAVAGE rated defenses, but even in Death Valley Alabama’s offense is a little better than LSU:  Alabama 17 LSU 14

Utah’s 35th rated defense struggles against Oregon #4 SAVAGE rated offense:  Oregon 38 Utah 27
